1. Service Categories & Pricing

• Standard Services: ₹5,000 – ₹50,000, featuring advanced data tools and extended functionalities.
• Premium Services: ₹50,000 – ₹200,000, providing tailored enterprise solutions and dedicated support.

2. Account Termination
• User Termination: You may close or terminate your account at any time, provided all outstanding dues and
contractual obligations are fully settled.
• Company Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately,
without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if your activity poses a legal or operational risk to the Company
or other users.
3. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS RAJPOOT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational
continuity.
• Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to our Services is strictly limited to the amount
paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and
affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising out of your misuse of
the Services or violation of these Terms.
5. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute, proceedings, claims, or judgments arising out of or in connection with these
Terms or our Services shall fall strictly and exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in
Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon
posting to our platform. Your continued use of the Services after revisions are published constitutes full
acceptance of the updated Terms.
